A couple of months ago I received a phone call from my good friend in Hollywood. She was heading up the Alliance For Women In Media Genii Awards honoring Cloris Leachman, Wendy Malick, Felicity Huffman and Nancy O’Dell. I was beyond thrilled when she asked if I would donate 200 boxes of Meals That Transform goodies. Not only did I donate my organic protein shakes, power butter and Om Bars, I WENT to the event and it was truly amazing. The Alliance honors young women with scholarships so they may advance their futures in the arts. Much the same as it is my desire on a daily basis to empower both women and men in living a super healthy lifestyle.
Thank you Nadine Christine for the invitation and a wonderful time. I’m just grateful you didn’t eat all the Om Bars before they made it into the gift bags.
